Any content that you generate on The Foodie Express is completely owned by The Foodie Express. Such content includes but is not limited to restaurant reviews, restaurant photo uploads, your usage patterns, and your interaction with other users on The Foodie Express.
The Foodie Express reserves the right to moderate any objectionable content that is vulgar or may be objectionable to any member of our community. The Foodie Express also reserves the right to moderate or remove such content without explicitly asking your permission or even informing you about it.
All textual content gets posted on The Foodie Express properties immediately but gets moderated/removed within 5 minutes of the user's action of uploading the content. All graphic content (photos) gets moderated before it gets shown to any user on The Foodie Express.
While all content that contains nudity, pornography, harassment, unwelcome contact, fraud, and other inappropriate conduct and activity is already moderated by ourThe Foodie Express moderators and editors, customers can always email The Foodie Express at thefoodieexprezz@gmail.com and inform The Foodie Express about the objectionable content to have it removed immediately. This content will, however, only be removed if it fails to pass the manual scrutiny of our moderators and editors.
All such complaints received by The Foodie Express will be addressed within three (3) business days - this time period is typically less than a couple of hours. Upon proper resolution of the issue, The Foodie Express will email the customer and inform him/her about the steps taken to address the complaint.
The Foodie Express’s customer service department will respond to all customer service requests or queries within two (24) hours.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY RELATING TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Modification/Cancellation Policy: To cancel or modify your transaction, please contact The Foodie Express customer service as soon as possible and we will assist with making the modifications. If the restaurant has completed preparing the meal then The Foodie Express is not responsible if or when the restaurant refuses to make the modifications.
Refunds: For any cancellations processed, you should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of the request. This time period includes the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 14 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the reversal request.
